Lead time depends on style, process, whether new molds are required, and order quantity. We will confirm the exact timeline for each order.
- Sampling: Usually 7–15 working days after design confirmation.
- Stainless steel jewelry bulk production: Typically 15–30 working days (if no new mold is needed).
- More complex designs or items requiring molds: Generally 15–35 working days for bulk.
Rush orders are possible with additional fees.

We do not offer completely free sampling. Sampling fees vary depending on style, complexity, and material (usually ranging from tens to a few hundred USD).
If there is a follow-up bulk order intention (MOQ ≥ 100 pieces), we can deduct the sampling fee from the final bulk invoice. Shipping cost for samples is borne by the client.

Minimum quantity for custom packaging is usually 100–300 sets depending on the type.
Every batch goes through multiple quality checks:
- Material testing (lead-free, nickel-free, REACH/ROHS compliant)
- Plating adhesion test
- Full size/weight/appearance inspection
- 100% finished product sampling inspection
Material certificates and SGS test reports are available upon request (advance notice required).
