Jewelry Materials

We use stainless steel and titanium as the main metals in our jewelry.

Depending on the style of the jewelry, we will match other materials to produce as fashion jewelry.
Such as: diamond, zircon, crystal, leather, natural stone, pearl, ceramic, etc.

Stainless steel as one of the common metals in life, whether it is corrosion-resistant containers, cutlery, furniture, railings, medical equipment, etc., have proved its advantages: corrosion-resistant, high-strength, easy to polish, heat-resistant, welding, hypoallergenic.

Manufacturing process

Three-dimensional jewellery products: using casting, powder metallurgy, stamping, lathes
Flat products: laser cutting, stamping, etching, engraving
Production will be used: grinding, polishing, cleaning, shaping, bending, assembly, welding, plating, etc.

The default plating thickness for items listed on our website is 0.03 microns. Based on our testing, 0.03 microns should last over a year. However, please note that we cannot guarantee how long the plating will last, as it depends entirely on the customer’s wear and tear.

For OEM/ODM orders, we can do top quality PVD gold/rhodium/palladium/ruthenium plating up to 5 microns – the same as the top luxury brands – to maintain the masterful feel and extreme durability of the jewelry, which can be worn frequently for at least 3 years.

For highly polished stainless steel silver, there is no need to add any additional coatings/plating to it as the material itself is water and rust resistant.

Customization Process

For in-stock inventory items, we support volume wholesaling and sell from 2 pieces.
For custom orders, we start from 100 pieces per colour.

Of course, we are happy to provide samples upon request. However, please keep in mind that we will charge for the samples and shipping costs. If you are interested in continuing with your sample order, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with more information.

We offer a full custom design service including 3D modeling and prototyping. Clients can submit their designs, or our design team can create unique pieces based on their concepts and specifications!

Payments

We accept PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfers.

We support credit card payments and credit insurance orders.

Shipping & Returns

We mainly complete the transport by air and courier, and the shipping cost is calculated according to the weight.
We are predominantly ordering and wholesaling, all items are final sale, damaged during pickup, delivery or shipping, you must email service@cyanbirdee.com within 5 calendar days. must include a photo of the damage.

Regarding in-stock inventory products, they can be canceled or changed until we send out express delivery.
Once sent, they cannot be canceled.
For customized orders, changes and cancellations will not be possible after the samples and standards have been clarified and entered the production stage.
